Irie Island Vacations

Our Role

Irie Island Vacations specializes in the design and coordination of bespoke Caribbean travel experiences. We act as your personal travel advisor, curating accommodations, transportation, and activities with trusted third-party suppliers on your behalf.


Our service is centered on thoughtful planning, seamless logistics, and elevated, stress-free travel.

By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.


Travel Planning Fee


A non-refundable $200 Travel Planning Fee is required to begin the custom design of your itinerary.


This fee covers:


  • Personalized destination and resort/villa matching

  • Custom itinerary development

  • Supplier research and availability checks

  • Planning for multi-island and complex travel

  • Booking coordination

  • Ongoing support before and during your trip


The planning fee is for professional services and is separate from the cost of travel.


Because planning begins immediately, this fee is:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Not applied toward travel components


Pricing & Availability


Caribbean resorts, villas, and premium room categories are limited and can change at any time.


All pricing:


  • Is subject to availability

  • Is not guaranteed until a deposit is applied

  • May change without notice


Prompt confirmation is strongly recommended to secure the best options.


Deposits & Final Payments


Payment schedules are set by each supplier.


You are responsible for:


  • Making all payments on time

  • Providing accurate traveler information

  • Reviewing confirmations for accuracy


Missed payments may result in automatic cancellation and applicable penalties.


Cancellations & Changes


Each supplier maintains its own cancellation and change policies, which may include penalties up to 100% of the total trip cost.


Irie Island Vacations:


  • Does not control supplier policies

  • Cannot waive supplier penalties

  • Is not responsible for loss of funds due to cancellation


Changes after booking may incur supplier fees and additional planning fees.


Group Travel & Villa Bookings


For group trips and private villa stays:


  • A designated lead guest must be identified

  • The lead guest is responsible for communication, approvals, and payments on behalf of the group

  • Rooming lists, guest names, and special requests must be submitted by the stated deadlines


Availability, pricing, and terms for villas and group space are highly time-sensitive and may change until secured with a deposit.


Individual cancellations within a group are subject to supplier terms and may not reduce the overall group financial responsibility.


Travel Insurance


Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.


Coverage should include:


  • Trip cancellation and interruption

  • Medical expenses

  • Emergency evacuation

  • Travel delays


If travel insurance is declined, you accept full financial responsibility for any losses.


Travel Documentation


It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain and carry:


  • A valid passport

  • Any required visas

  • Health or entry documentation


We are not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or additional costs due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.


Supplier Responsibility


All travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.


Irie Island Vacations is not liable for:


  • Schedule changes

  • Resort or villa conditions

  • Weather or natural events

  • Mechanical issues or delays

  • Supplier service failures


Your booking is subject to each supplier’s terms and conditions.


Chargeback & Payment Disputes


By submitting payment for the Travel Planning Fee or any travel component, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.


You agree not to initiate a chargeback for:


  • Planning fees

  • Services already rendered

  • Supplier payments made on your behalf


In the event of a chargeback for valid services, you agree to be responsible for all associated collection costs, fees, and legal expenses.


Limitation of Liability


Irie Island Vacations shall not be held liable for:


  • Personal injury or illness

  • Property damage

  • Travel interruptions or delays

  • Acts of God or force majeure

  • Supplier default


Our responsibility is limited to travel planning and booking coordination.


Acceptance of Terms


Payment of the planning fee or any trip deposit signifies your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
